RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At SANAUI, many of our pieces are produced in very limited quantities and crafted by specialist artisans using traditional techniques. For online purchases, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Please note that pieces made to your specifications, personalised, altered or specially produced for you cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sanaui.com with your order number and photographs so that we can arrange an appropriate solution. 

Due to the artisanal nature of our collections, slight variations in embroidery, finishing and handcrafted details may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each SANAUI piece and are not considered defects. This piece is made or altered specifically to your measurements or specifications and is therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
