The Work
A SANAUI piece is not finished when it looks right. It is finished when it holds — under wear, under time, under the demands of a real life.
How We Work
Every collection begins with material. We select before we design. The weight of a leather, the drape of a textile, the behaviour of a thread under tension — these determine what a piece can become, not the other way around.
The Hand
Embroidery is worked point by point. Sfifa trim is applied by hand, edge by edge. Seams are finished with the same attention given to surfaces. Nothing is delegated to speed.
Our Ateliers
We work with artisans in Tangier and workshops in Florence — makers who understand that precision is not a finishing touch. It is the foundation.
Limited by Nature
Because we work with deadstock materials available in finite quantities, every SANAUI piece is produced in a limited run. When a fabric is gone, it is gone. This is not a marketing position. It is how we work.
