At SANAUI, each piece is born from a dialogue between material, movement and the hand of the artisan. We draw from traditional techniques passed down through generations and translate them into a contemporary design language.
The Hand as Primary Tool
Our embroideries are worked by hand, stitch by stitch, by artisans whose knowledge has been built over years of practice. Each motif tells a story — of a territory, a gesture, a collective memory.
Deadstock Materials, Chosen with Care
We work exclusively with deadstock fabrics — unused premium stock sourced from Italian manufacturers. Once exhausted, they do not return. Each SANAUI piece is therefore, by nature, a limited edition.
Slow and Intentional Making
SANAUI refuses urgency. Each collection is developed over several months, in close collaboration with our ateliers. The result: pieces that carry the memory of their making.
