Our world

Made to Last

Our journey starts in florence, Italy where our collection is entirely produced by masters artisans, a family owned business with long expertise in luxury leather making. They have miticulously translated our vision in our designs with strong element inspired by a historical architectural legacy. Only high quality leather and material sourced locally have been used, with each detail carefully studied to make sure our bags combine the highest craftsmanship with a unique signature style for the modern day women who wants it all.

Luxury Hardware

Our hardware is part of our brand identity , creative and uniquely designed by hand in Milan. Each piece is just like jewellery that complement your handbags such as our signature moorish stars, our swirling logo turnlock or side attach which allows to switch straps without additional hooks.

Made in brass, gold, nickel free...its mostly made to last.

Socially involved : Preserving ancient crafts

Sanaui's handbags can be customized with special collection of handles, keychain, straps entirely handmade in Morocco for even more authenticity. The country rich tradition of artisanship dates back centuries, and has long been renowned for its workmanship around the world.Thats when we noticed that the craftwork is slowly dying and its an important source of jobs in a country with high unemployment, even more for urban youth. it's a necessity to sustain the industry’s economic and cultural futur.

This initiative allow us to launch a second brand entirely produced in Tangier called Shamalia. A laid-back handbag collection revolving around art revisits, traditional heritage and giving back . The ethos is to do all possible to preserve dying out crafts and  support local communities by boosting the economy in raising interest whilst stimulating the growth of these time-honoured skills. Capitalising on further developing local skills and introducing advanced techniques, while appreciating the country's many artistry, is the focus.
